Refund Policy

01Returns & Exchanges

General refund or exchange is not offered.

Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective products, in line with Section 12 of our Terms & Conditions.

• Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the goods.
• Proof (photo/video) of the damage or defect and your original order details are required.

02Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Bulk orders
• Promotional items and items on sale
• Items without valid proof of damage

03Cancellation

All orders are strictly non-cancellable once placed. Nothing in this policy shall entitle you to further or additional compensation, and you shall have no right to insist on completion of the transaction and/or delivery of the products under the order.

04Items in Cart

Item(s) in your Cart is not considered as booked or confirmed as these items can be removed or added to your preference.

Note: Item(s) in the Cart may be out of stock within the time frame that the item is in the Cart. In the case where your item(s) in the Cart has run out of stock, you will see the item is "unavailable".

05How to Request an Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiry@yuppies.com.my within 5 days of receiving the goods, together with:

• Photo or video of the damaged or defective product
• Your original order details

06Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• If you are shipping an item over RM1,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
