Delivery is available in East and West Malaysia. Confirmed orders will be shipped out from the warehouse within 1 – 3 business day(s) excluding public holidays and weekends.
02Delivery ETA
Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) are as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia
2 – 4 working days
for your order to arrive
Sabah / Sarawak
5 – 8 working days
for your order to arrive
Notes: Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional 2 – 3 working days depending on the courier service provider. Delivery ETA may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances and is not under HappiPaws’ responsibility.

04Returns of Items
- Delivery charges for returned items are to be borne by the buyer.
- For replacement of items, HappiPaws shall bear the delivery charges for sending back the item to the buyer.
